LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Soul singer Al Wilson, who topped the US pop singles chart in 1974 with "Show and Tell," died on Monday, local media reported.
Al Wilson (Jun 19, 1939 - Apr 21, 2008)
After serving in the US Navy, he relocated to California and began singing in blues groups in nightclubs or wherever he could. In 1966, he was introduced to singer Johnny Rivers, who signed Wilson as a soloist with Soul City Records.
